 This is a digital sketch made with some free software I found. It's Evans Paul who used to be a radical militant (activist) leader in the grassroots Haitian Lavalas party. He was part of the movement that toppled former dictator Jean-Claude "Baby Doc" Duvalier. He was arrested and tortured in prison under the military government of Prosper Aril. Evans Paul split with the Lavalas party and became a critic and worse.
